Compliance / QA Manager

Location: Oxford & Leicester sites, East Midlands

Salary: £38 - £42k depending on candidate experience

Type: Permanent, Full-time

Project Partners are now recruiting for a Compliance / Quality Assurance Manager to come and join a close knit and well-established team based in the Leicester and Oxford office on a flexible basis. The successful applicant will be responsible for the management of the company’s compliance systems in accordance with the requirements of CAA regulations across the companies CAA approvals.

Candidate requirements:

5 years’ experience within compliance monitoring and or quality assurance
Relevant compliance management qualifications
Management / Leadership skills and strong task management skills
Be able to manage their own time based on work demands and deadlines
Experience within the aviation sector would be an advantage (desirable)
Working knowledge of CAA or EASA regulations (desirable however a successful applicant will undergo relevant training to be accepted by the authority as a nominated person.)
Experience and or knowledge of data protection regulation and compliance (desirable)
Health and Safety management (desirable)

Although the ideal candidate would be based in the East Midlands, we will still welcome applicants from the North Oxfordshire/ Warwickshire areas as well if you think your experience fits the role and you have a keen interest in the position.
