Job Title: Field Marketing Manager

Location: Toronto, Ontario (Canada)

Duration - 12 Months

We are seeking an experienced Field Marketing Manager to drive new-business pipeline and support growth within the Canadian SMB market. This role partners closely with Sales and Marketing teams to plan and execute demand-generating programs that accelerate revenue and strengthen market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Own the planning, execution, and optimization of strategic and tactical marketing programs to generate qualified leads
Align closely with Sales leadership to understand regional priorities and improve conversion outcomes
Act as a liaison between Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships to ensure programs are effective and data-driven
Collaborate cross-functionally to improve prospecting, funnel performance, and segment-specific results
Monitor program performance and pipeline health, using insights to continuously refine initiatives
Manage program budgets, procurement, and financial accuracy
Support integrated campaigns including webinars, events, advertising, outbound messaging, and content
Participate in quarterly business reviews and deliver insights to improve marketing ROI

Required Qualifications

8+ years of B2B marketing experience in Field Marketing, Demand/Growth Marketing, or related roles
Proven experience partnering with direct sales teams and supporting the full B2B sales cycle
Hands-on experience executing multi-channel campaigns end-to-end
Strong analytical skills with experience using Salesforce, PowerBI, intent data, and performance tools
Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
Willingness to travel up to 20%

Preferred Experience

Background in payroll, HCM, HR technology, or SaaS marketing
Strong understanding of buyer and user personas across SMB segments
Ability to craft compelling stories that resonate with prospect pain points
Experience across digital, content, event, and partner marketing
