A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Business Strategy Manager
Position type: Contract to hire
Duration: 12 months
Location: 3 days onsite in a week in Charlotte, NC
Must Haves
As a Business Strategy Manager, you will:
Top 3 Must-have Skills For This Role Would Be
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
Strong technical writing skills.
Hands-on experience with Confluence and JIRA
Required Skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating high-impact executive presentations.
Strong technical writing skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
Hands-on experience with Confluence and JIRA for documentation and project tracking.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience creating C-level documentation (strategy decks, executive summaries, decision-making briefs).
Background in technology or product development environments.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Pay Range And Benefits
Pay Range*: $58 - $62 per hour
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
