Senior Developer | Salesforce | £70k | Hybrid: Yorkshire

An established financial services organisation are looking for a Senior Developer to play a key role in driving the technical direction of projects and delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.

What you'll be doing

Providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members
Leading technology initiatives from concept through to delivery
Collaborating with project teams to plan, estimate, and deliver appropriate technical solutions
Contributing to technical design and architectural decisions
Identifying opportunities for improvement by evaluating emerging technologies and industry best practices
Creating maintain, and enforce technical standards, policies, and procedures

What you'll need

Experience working with Salesforce
Proven track record of delivering complex technical solutions
Strong experience with enterprise-level infrastructure, systems and applications
Deep knowledge of cloud platforms and/or SaaS solutions
The ability to manage multiple priorities
