In short:Project Manager with strong, end-to-end experience of IDAM implementations required to join a giant utilities company. Classic PM skills plus real world, project-based IDAM knowledge needed to get this piece of work over the line.
If you've only ever touched on BAU IDAM then this wouldn't be the right fit. We need an IDAM SME Project Manager.

Essential Skills and Experience:
. Project Management: Proven experience in managing complex projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
. IAM Knowledge: Strong understanding of IAM concepts, technologies, and best practices and have experience in both technology and control implementation
. Specific IAM Tools: Experience with popular IAM tools like SailPoint, CyberArk, or Okta
. Stakeholder Management: Ability to effectively communicate with and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to articulate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve complex technical and project-related issues.
. Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
Additional Desirable Skills:

. Agile Methodologies: Experience working in an Agile environment, particularly with Scrum or Kanban frameworks.
. Cloud Technologies: Experience with cloud-based IAM solutions, such as Azure AD, AWS IAM, or Google Cloud IAM.
. Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements, such as GDPR, HIPAA, or PCI DSS.
