On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a ServiceNow Platform Designer for a 12-month role. This position is onsite at our client’s Toronto, Ontario office.

ServiceNow Platform Designer - Job Description:

The ServiceNow Platform Designer will be responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs. The role involves developing and implementing workflows, automating processes, and ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise systems.

ServiceNow Platform Designer - Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform.

• Develop and implement workflows and automate processes.

• Ensure seamless integration with other enterprise systems.

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues.

• Optimize the platform for performance and scalability.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.

ServiceNow Platform Designer - Mandatory Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules.

• Experience with ServiceNow workflows, catalog items, and customizations.

• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API).

• Experience integrating ServiceNow with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

• Familiarity with authentication protocols like OAuth, SAML, and LDAP.

• Ability to configure and develop custom applications within ServiceNow.

• Strong understanding of ITIL processes within ServiceNow.

ServiceNow Platform Designer – Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with ServiceNow reporting and performance analytics.

• Knowledge of MID Servers and integration hub.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Understanding of global cyber security practices.

ServiceNow Platform Designer – Assignment Length:

This is a 12-month contract position.

ServiceNow Platform Designer - Start Date:

ASAP.

ServiceNow Platform Designer - Assignment Location:

Toronto, Ontario, onsite, 5 days a week.
