The Opportunity

Support the Hays Enterprise business in planning, management, and recording of tasks across three key areas: Contract Governance, Continuous Improvement Projects, and Service Assurance. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals to help ensure our services meet the needs of our clients.

What can I expect to do day to day?

Support the execution of continuous improvement initiatives and projects, by helping to organise and track tasks
Assist with the governance of our services, contributing to continuous improvement and high service assurance
Learn to follow operational governance plans by collaborating with various internal Hays teams.
Assist with the analytics of our operational data, either as part of projects or in spotting trends or opportunities for improvement
Help monitor and update key documents (such as Operations Manuals, Process Maps, Risk Logs, and Issues Logs) to ensure accuracy and compliance
Support in communicating changes and updates to relevant teams, learning how information flows within a large organisation

What you'll need to succeed

No prior SMO experience required, just a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Interest in project or program delivery and a desire to develop organisational skills.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Comfortable with data and, ideally, Excel knowledge
Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively.
