Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Technical Lead – AI/ML with strong hands-on experience in traditional machine learning and Generative AI, along with deep Python expertise. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI/ML solutions while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement machine learning models for predictive analytics and AI-driven applications.
Work with structured and unstructured data, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, and validation.
Build and optimize algorithms for classification, regression, clustering, and deep learning use cases.
Develop and deploy AI/ML solutions using MLOps best practices, ensuring scalability and reliability.
Lead integration of ML and GenAI models into production systems and enterprise applications.
Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Monitor, maintain, and continuously improve deployed models for performance, accuracy, and reliability.
Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and privacy standards.
Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring to junior team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Programming: Strong proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow and/or PyTorch).
Machine Learning: Hands-on experience with supervised and unsupervised learning, ensemble techniques, neural networks, and Generative AI models.
Data Handling: Experience working with SQL, data pipelines, and large datasets.
Statistics: Solid understanding of regression, probability distributions, hypothesis testing, and statistical modeling.
Big Data & Platforms: Familiarity with Hadoop, Spark, Hive, or similar big data technologies.
MLOps: Experience with model deployment, monitoring, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based ML environments.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
