1st Line Support Analyst (Windows 11 Deployment, Laptop Refresh)
3 month initial contract - £200 per day (inside IR35) - 5 days per week from London office (non negotiable)
Our London public sector client have an immediate requirement for 2 x 1st Line Support Analysts to join a 3 month contract. The project is for approx. 5,000 devices to be rolled out.
Interviews can take place remotely this week, and we need contractors to start next week/the week after very latest.
Specific duties for the 1st Line Support Analyst include:
Leading Deployment sessions: Setting up rooms, ensuring all necessary equipment is in place, and providing guidance to the team and end users.
Hardware Installation: Setting up and installing new laptops, inventory, retrieval of old devices.
Software Configuration: Installing and configuring software applications and operating systems. Must have experience of supporting and troubleshooting Windows 11 laptops.
Testing and Troubleshooting: Conducting tests to ensure that all systems are functioning correctly and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
User Support: Providing support to end-users during the deployment process, including answering questions and resolving any problems, both to onsite users and those working remotely.
Documentation: Maintaining detailed records of the deployment process, including any issues encountered and how they were resolved.
