THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced and servant-minded Scrum Master to support agile delivery within our Global Data & Analytics (D&A) organization. In this role, you’ll coach and guide one or more Agile teams through the delivery of impactful data, analytics, and AI-driven solutions. You will ensure that Agile principles are understood and followed, while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and empowered delivery.

You will be instrumental in removing impediments, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and helping teams align their work to D&A priorities. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of Agile frameworks, strong facilitation and coaching skills, and thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

Agile Team Facilitation

Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives
Guide teams through effective backlog refinement and sprint execution to ensure continuous value delivery
Serve as a coach to Product Owners, Developers, Analysts, and other team members on Agile practices

Team Enablement & Improvement

Promote team ownership, accountability, and high performance by identifying and removing delivery roadblocks
Help Agile teams assess and improve their Agile maturity through self-reflection, feedback loops, and actionable insights
Support collaboration across distributed teams and ensure alignment with D&A program goals

Delivery Support

Track team metrics (e.g., velocity, burn-down, cycle time) and use data to inform coaching and decision-making
Proactively escalate risks, blockers, and capacity constraints to Program and Product leadership
Coordinate with Agile Project Managers and Portfolio Leads to align team efforts with larger initiative timelines

Agile Community & PMO Alignment

Contribute to the growth of the Agile community of practice within Global D&A
Partner with the PMO team to uphold delivery standards and support the implementation of scaled Agile practices
Help evolve shared templates, tools, and ceremonies to promote consistency across teams

What You’ll Need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
4–6 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Team Coach, preferably within a data, analytics, or tech environment
Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks; Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) strongly preferred
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional Agile teams in a fast-paced, global organization
Familiarity with Agile tooling (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Aha!, Rally) and Agile metrics
Exceptional facilitation, communication, and coaching skills across diverse roles and cultures
