Our client is looking for a senior Salesforce leader to own and evolve their commercial systems landscape, with Salesforce at its core

Competitive salary and benefits package, including a bonus.

All candidates must be able to attend the office 4 days a week.

What you’ll be doing

Own the vision and roadmap for Salesforce and connected commercial platforms, ensuring they align with business goals and growth plans
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Salesforce administrators, developers, and platform specialists
Act as the senior point of contact for Sales and Commercial stakeholders, translating business needs into scalable technical solutions
Oversee the configuration, optimisation, and integration of Salesforce with key systems including marketing automation, CPQ, billing, finance, workspace management, and IT service tools
Drive automation and AI-led initiatives to improve efficiency, data quality, and user experience
Ensure strong platform governance, security, data integrity, and compliance
Monitor platform performance, adoption, and ROI, providing clear insights to senior leadership
Own vendor relationships, including third-party implementation and support partners
Set and maintain best practices across development, documentation, and training
Stay ahead of new Salesforce features, technologies, and industry trends, bringing innovation into the platform

What we’re looking for

Proven experience owning and scaling Salesforce in a complex, multi-system environment
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, marketing automation (e.g. Pardot), CPQ, and digital contract solutions
Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP platforms, billing systems, and third-party tools via APIs or middleware
Confident people leader with experience managing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
Comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on platform oversight
Experience working in fast-paced, commercial or customer-led organisations
Exposure to automation, AI, or emerging CRM technologies is a strong plus

Technical skills & experience

Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modelling, and declarative tools (Flow, reporting, dashboards)
Working knowledge of Apex, SOQL, and Lightning components
Experience with campaign management, lead scoring, and quote-to-cash processes
Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations
Ability to turn data into meaningful insights for commercial teams
