Description

This is a high-visibility role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about enabling change. As a Project Manager, you will lead high-impact initiatives focused on recruitment modernization and operational excellence. The initial flagship project will involve the end-to-end implementation of a new Applicant Tracking System (ATS). This role will also support broader strategic projects, including M&A integrations, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making. It is a hybrid opportunity with a competitive salary and extensive benefits, working with a truly collaborative team.

Responsibilities

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and the Project Lead.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocations.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless ATS implementation and integrations.
Partner closely with the Project Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Systems Analysts, Developers, Data Analysts, and Enabling Functions.
Identify straightforward issues and apply standard policy, procedures, and processes to resolve them.
Monitor project progress using KPIs, manage risks, and resolve issues proactively.
Drive change management, testing, training, and communication plans with functional leaders.
Ensure compliance with IT governance, data security standards, and change management policies.

Qualifications

Minimum 6 years of experience managing IT projects, ideally involving enterprise software implementations.
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or HR tech platforms is highly desirable.
Knowledge of cloud-based platforms and APIs used in HR tech ecosystems.
Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and analytical problem-solving skills.
PMP certification is required; Agile/Scrum certification is an asset.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
