Role: ServiceNow Lead Developer

Duration: 11+ Months Contract

Location: Toronto, ON --- HYBRID

Candidates MUST be located in Toronto, ON / GTA --- This is a HYBRID Role --- 3 days a week work from office

Seniority Level - 10+ Years (Senior)

Required Skills:

IT Operations Management (ITOM)
Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
Discovery
Service Mapping
CMDB implementation.
Configuration Items (CIs)
REST, SOAP, and APIs
(AWS, Azure, GCP)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps
JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, and workflow development.
Agile / Scrum

Preferred Certifications:

Certified Implementation Specialist – Data Foundations (CMDB and CSDM)
Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery
Certified Implementation Specialist – Service Mapping
ServiceNow System Administrator Certification
