Nous recherchons un(e) spécialiste senior ServiceNow (10+ ans d’expérience) pour concevoir, développer et maintenir des solutions de gestion des services d’entreprise dans un environnement Agile.

Exigences clés :

10+ ans d’expérience comme Développeur/Administrateur ServiceNow
Expertise de la plateforme ServiceNow et de Flow Designer
Maîtrise de JavaScript, API (REST/SOAP), Angular, HTML, CSS
Expérience avec les mises à niveau ServiceNow, Azure DevOps et les méthodes Agiles
Connaissance des pratiques ITIL
Compréhension des processus liés aux achats, comptes fournisseurs, gestion des contrats et des baux
Excellentes compétences en analyse, documentation et résolution de problèmes
Bilingue français/anglais – maîtrise d’au moins une des deux langues et capacité de comprendre l’autre

Software Engineering Specialist – ServiceNow Analyst/Developer (Senior)

Montreal | Hybrid (minimum 3 days/week downtown)

⏳ 12-month contract | 37.5 hrs/week | Renewal possible

Key requirements:

10+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer/Administrator
Strong expertise with the ServiceNow platform and Flow Designer
Proficiency in JavaScript, APIs, Angular, HTML, CSS
Experience with ServiceNow upgrades, Azure DevOps, and Agile delivery
Knowledge of ITIL practices
Understanding of procurement, accounts payable, contract and lease management processes
Excellent analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills
Bilingual (French/English) – fluent in at least one, able to understand both
