rePatt AI is an AI-driven platform based in Canada that helps businesses turn customer reviews into clear, actionable insights. By analyzing customer feedback, we enable organizations to make smarter decisions, improve operations, and grow more effectively.

We are an early-stage startup building simple, powerful, and affordable tools using AI. While our product is technical, this role is focused on growth, outreach, and customer acquisition—not engineering or data work.

What You’ll Do

This is a hands-on, early-stage growth role focused on finding and engaging potential customers.

You will:

Reach out to local businesses via email, phone, and Google Business
Start conversations and qualify potential leads
Book demos and intro calls
Follow up with leads and track responses
Support live demos by taking notes on questions, objections, and feedback
Assist with basic content or social media tasks (based on interest and skillset)

Compensation & Upside (Please Read Carefully)

This role is unpaid to start
You will earn commission for each paid customer you help bring in
After ~6 months, based on traction and revenue:
Salary may be discussed
And/or equity may be offered

Time Commitment

Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable speaking and writing in English (fluent)
Interest in sales, outreach, and growth marketing
Organized and able to track conversations and follow-ups
Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
Basic familiarity with marketing tools, SaaS products, or analytics is a plus
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant program (or equivalent experience)
