Position Overview:

The Knowledge & Competence department was created within P²MO to ensure that client Engineering employees have the necessary skills to meet the current and future challenges of client Infrastructure. We work closely with the business, the Asset department, and client Academy to develop and maintain key skills.

What you'll do:

As a Knowledge & Competence Support Specialist, you will play a key role in implementing knowledge management and skills development activities within the organization.

Main responsibilities:

Talent development and training pathways

Updating content with content owners
Training planning and roadmap monitoring with client Academy

Knowledge base management

Creation and updating of skills repositories (technical and non-technical, soft skills and hard skills)

Coordination with stakeholders

Collaboration with HR, L&D, Safety and client Academy for all matters related to learning and development

Centralized governance

Monitoring documents, processes, tools and training related to skills

Analysis of reporting

Production of statistics and dashboards relevant to the population Infrastructure

What you bring:

Project management and coordination of multidisciplinary teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Strong sense of safety and quality
Autonomy, rigor and the ability to work independently
Analysis, reporting and dashboard creation
Knowledge of LMS systems and e-learning platforms (an asset)
Customer-focused and excellent interpersonal skills
Languages: Fluent in French, Dutch and English (spoken and written)
