As a Summer HR Intern in our fast-moving consumer goods organization, you’ll get a front-row seat to how a global brand builds, supports, and scales its people. There is a potential opportunity for a full-time offer following this internship.

This program is currently planned as a hybrid remote/in-person opportunity.

Ways you will make a difference

Partner with HR leaders on meaningful projects across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, DEI, HR Operations, and Workforce Planning.
Support recruiting efforts by helping source and coordinate candidates for both hourly and salaried roles.
Assist with onboarding programs that ensure new hires feel welcomed, prepared, and excited to join the team.
Analyze HR data and help turn insights into actionable recommendations.
Contribute to employee communications, presentations, and HR process improvements.
Participate in cross-functional projects and gain exposure to how HR supports a fast-moving, consumer-focused business.
Engage in professional development opportunities, mentorship, and intern-specific events designed to accelerate your growth.

Experiences that will support your success

Rising senior pursuing a Bachelor’s in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field with plans to graduate in the Spring of 2027
Strong academic performance and demonstrated leadership or involvement on campus
Previous internship, work, or project experience (HR experience a plus, but not required)
Committed to a career in HR, people strategy, and manufacturing.
