Position Overview: We are seeking a Senior Technical Lead to support a multi-year Enterprise CRM (eCRM) modernization program. This role provides technical leadership for the design, development, and delivery of a scalable, composable CRM platform built on Oracle Fusion Cloud Sales and Service CRM, with an Angular front end and Azure-based backend services. The successful candidate will work within an Agile environment, guiding development teams and ensuring high-quality, secure, and maintainable solutions. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor development teams delivering complex CRM solutions using Agile-Iterative methodologies
Design and oversee composable, reusable CRM solutions leveraging Angular, Azure services, Oracle Fusion Cloud CRM, APIs, and integration platforms
Provide technical direction on architecture, development standards, and best practices
Produce technical designs and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders
Estimate effort and timelines for new development, enhancements, and system upgrades
Oversee software releases across multiple environments (Dev, QA, Staging, Production)
Manage full-stack application upgrades, patching, and deployment pipelines
Ensure API and web service design follows clear, consistent, and reusable standards
Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve production incidents
Use Azure DevOps for backlog management, sprint planning, velocity tracking, CI/CD pipelines, and reporting
Support enterprise integration initiatives and provide technical expertise where internal capacity or skills are limited
Perform additional duties as required to support program delivery

Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Technical Lead in complex enterprise environments
Strong experience delivering production-ready code using Agile best practices
Proven ability to lead multiple concurrent development initiatives from design through release
Hands-on experience with API-based and microservices architectures
Strong understanding of web technologies, security, networking, and cloud platforms
Angular, HTML, CSS/SASS, JSON, XML
Oracle Fusion Cloud Sales and Service CRM (minimum 2 years)
Azure Cloud Services and Azure DevOps (boards, pipelines, CI/CD)
Git-based source control and automated build/deployment pipelines
Microsoft Graph and/or SharePoint
API and web services design and implementation
Mulesoft
