Duration: Long-term contract through March 2027

Pay Rate: $55/hr - $70/hr (based on experience)

7+ years of Business Analysis Experience
Experience in Banking (Mid-Cap Banking) or FinTech environments
Expertise with Process Mapping/Process Flows and Gap Analysis
Advanced Experience with Reporting and Traceability

Experience with Project Management Duties
Experience in Change Management
Experience with SmartSheets

Job Description

An employer is looking to hire Sr. Business Analyst to their team local to Atlanta, GA. You will be working with a specialized Merger and Acquisition team that is centralizing the workstreams, processes and activities that will be critical to complete the merger. You will be working with this centralized team to help work through large amounts of data to build reporting, show dependencies across workstreams, process mapping and gap analysis on the workstreams. You will help strategize and build out decision analysis with the centralized team.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
