Expert governance capability, enforcing standards, traceability, and test discipline
Strong risk-based decision-making, applying a critical assurance lens to all deliveries
Deep test delivery expertise across all test levels (Unit - OAT) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
Quality Engineering mindset, driving shift-left, CI/CD integration, and automation by default
High competence in multi-party coordination, managing teams, suppliers, and vendors
Authority in defect, environment, and data management to unblock delivery efficiently
Strong regulatory and compliance awareness (GDPR, SCR, security standards, accessibility)
Exceptional stakeholder management with clear, concise communication to senior leaders
Ability to produce transparent, actionable reporting (risks, metrics, coverage, readiness)
