Your missions and responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of properties with the opportunity for growth.
Coordinate administrative, commercial and technical tasks (variety incoming!)
Plan site visits (you will not be behind a desk the entire day!)
Oversee relationships with clients/tenants
Enhance your expertise in financial oversight and buildings cycle value

The perfect profile

Possess a degree in property management or have a first experience in this field.
Have proficiency ideally in dutch, french and english
Strong organizational skills, precision and autonomy
Be at ease with daily contact with various stakeholder (subcontractors, tenants, coworkers,…
Proficient in IT tools
