Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced SAS Architect with strong expertise in SAS Data Integration Studio to support a critical short-term engagement in Paris. The selected consultant will be responsible for architecting, optimizing, and governing SAS-based ETL and data integration solut

Key Responsibilities

Architect and design enterprise-grade solutions using SAS Data Integration Studio
Lead ETL design, data modeling, and data workflow optimization
Define best practices for SAS-based data integration frameworks
Optimize performance of SAS ETL jobs and batch processes
Ensure data governance, security, and compliance standards
Collaborate with business, BI, and data teams to translate requirements into scalable SAS solutions
Provide architectural documentation and knowledge transfer

Required Skills & Qualifications

8+ years of hands-on experience with SAS architecture and development
Strong hands-on expertise in SAS Data Integration Studio (mandatory)
Strong expertise in: SAS Base, SAS Macro, SAS SQL, SAS Enterprise Guide
ETL & Data Warehousing concepts
Experience in performance tuning and system optimization
Strong knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.)
Excellent stakeholder communication skills
Ability to work onsite in Paris

Nice to Have

Experience with SAS Viya
Exposure to cloud environments (AWS/Azure)
Experience in financial services, healthcare, or telecom domains

Location: Paris (Onsite/Hybrid – as per project needs)
Contract Type: B2B
Duration: 2–3 months (possible extension based on performance)
Start Date: Immediate / ASAP preferred
