What you'll be getting stuck into as a Procurement and Compliance Lead

: Overseeing supplier governance, documentation control and compliance validation across all entities

: Managing vendor performance reviews, SLAs, KPIs and risk assessments to ensure contractual alignment

: Supporting contractual processes, reviewing special provisions and escalating risks

: Expanding and strengthening the partner network while maintaining operational feasibility

: Identifying supplier and operational risks, implementing mitigation controls and resolving compliance breaches

: Developing and improving procurement policies, onboarding processes and audit trails

What you'll bring to the table as a Procurement and Compliance Lead

: Previous experience in procurement governance, supplier compliance or vendor management

: Strong understanding of due diligence, onboarding frameworks and vendor risk practices

: Knowledge of regulatory and operational compliance standards

: Experience supporting contractual documentation and cross:functional commercial teams

: Proficiency in CRM systems, document management platforms, reporting tools and Microsoft Office

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00:17:00
