A leading professional services firm is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of two strategically significant technology initiatives as part of a wider digital transformation programme.

This role sits within a well-established technology delivery function and will focus on managing complex, business-critical projects that span application development, systems integration and business change.

You will take ownership of two major programmes, including the rollout of a new enterprise platform and the delivery of a core back-office solution supporting key business functions.

The role

Reporting into senior technology leadership, you will be responsible for end-to-end delivery across both projects, from initial planning and requirements through to build, testing, deployment and transition into BAU.

This is a hands-on delivery role, requiring strong technical understanding alongside excellent stakeholder and change management capability.

What you’ll be doing

Leading the delivery of two concurrent, high-impact technology programmes
Owning project plans, timelines, milestones and governance frameworks
Managing full project lifecycle including design, build, testing, training and operational handover
Coordinating cross-functional teams across business, technical and external suppliers
Managing RAID, dependencies and change control proactively
Facilitating project, governance and technical forums with senior stakeholders
Overseeing systems integration activities across multiple platforms
Ensuring infrastructure, support and service transition readiness
Producing clear reporting on delivery progress, risks and outcomes
Ensuring all deliverables meet quality, security and regulatory standards

What they’re looking for

5+ years’ experience in technical project management within complex environments
Strong background delivering technology projects in professional services or similar regulated sectors
Experience across software delivery, systems integration and cloud platforms
Solid understanding of project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid)
Strong service transition and operational handover experience
Excellent stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences
Confident managing multiple workstreams and senior-level expectations
PRINCE2, PMP or similar certifications highly desirable
