Key Responsibilities:

Requirement elicitation and stakeholder management
Prepare BRD, FRD, SRS documents
Conduct workshops and create user stories
Support UAT and coordinate with development teams

Required Skills:

Strong requirement gathering experience
BPMN & UML modeling
Jira & Confluence
MS Visio
Basic SQL knowledge
Agile/Scrum & Waterfall methodologies
