Job Description:

Mandatory Keep Points:

· Candidate should have python coding and feature development experience.

· Candidates must have mentioned functional details around the Features that they have built - User Experience, Payment Gateways, Customer Management, Scalability and Mobile Accessibility

· Candidates must also include metrics around those features they had built such as:

o How many customers added in a week/month?

o How many transfers made in a week/month?

· Technical skills: Flask, Fast API, Django

· Must have Canadian University Graduates/Masters

· Profiles should have more presence/details around the Features built and to develop a successful B2C platform, consider the following key features:

· User Experience: Implement advanced search capabilities, product catalogs, and a streamlined checkout process to enhance user engagement

· and conversion rates

· Payment Gateways: Integrate secure payment processing methods to facilitate secure transactions

· Customer Management Tools: Offer features like account management, customer reviews, and ratings to improve customer satisfaction

· Scalability: Build a platform that can handle increased traffic and customer demands without compromising performance

· Mobile Accessibility: Ensure the platform is responsive and accessible on various devices, enhancing the shopping experience for users. These features are essential for creating a competitive edge in the rapidly growing B2C market

Responsibilities and Duties

Design and deliver high quality features and enhancements.

Create technical design specifications in collaboration with other members of the engineering team.

Provide estimates and actively participate in the sprint planning process.

Produce highly secure solutions.

Tune the performance of our distributed system to ensure they operate within our SLAs.

Mentor other engineers to create good technical solutions to problems and ship code quickly to our customers.

Not Required

· Experience related to infrastructure, data pipelines including ETL, scripting, etc. are not relevant
