The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Power Platform Developer to support the delivery of enterprise-grade solutions across Power Apps, Dataverse, and integrated Microsoft Cloud services. In this role, you’ll contribute to the design, development, governance, and continuous improvement of secure, high‑quality applications within a regulated environment.

What You’ll Do

Automate, design, develop, and customize Power Apps, including Canvas and Model‑Driven applications
Build and maintain Dataverse entities, relationships, business rules, and security roles
Develop integrations with internal and third‑party systems
Apply SDLC best practices, ensuring proper solution layering, documentation, and use of solution‑aware components
Use GitHub for source control, versioning, branching, and collaborative development aligned with DevOps standards
Participate in governance, compliance, and audit processes
Ensure all solutions meet regulatory, security, and data‑protection requirements common in financial or insurance environments
Troubleshoot, analyze root causes, and deliver sustainable fixes for production issues

What You Bring to the Table

3–5 years of hands‑on experience developing enterprise solutions using:
Power Apps
Dataverse
Power Automate
Strong understanding of Dataverse security roles, environment roles, and data access models
Practical experience working within a structured SDLC: requirements, design, development, testing, deployment
GitHub expertise, including branching strategies, pull requests, code reviews, and version control
Experience working in a regulated industry such as finance, insurance, or healthcare
Ability to design and implement end‑to‑end business solutions integrating systems such as SharePoint, SQL, and Microsoft 365 services
Strong analytical capabilities using Excel and Power BI

Understanding of Power Platform governance and environment strategy
Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including app registrations, service principals, and Power Platform integrations
