Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Business Systems/Data Analyst to support a large pharmaceutical client in North York, ON. This 10 month contract role focuses on data stewardship, analysis, and business systems administration within core platforms. The ideal candidate brings 2-3 years of technical experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across both data-focused and business-facing teams. This role is not development-focused and instead supports system administration processes, data quality, reporting, and documentation. This is a hybrid position (3 days onsite). We may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with the screening, assessment, or selection of potential applicants for this position.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.

• Hands-on experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Dataiku, Power BI, Alteryx, or Tableau.

• Strong experience in data stewardship and working within Salesforce Experience Cloud, including system administration processes.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel and SharePoint.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating user documentation, and the ability to work with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience using Veeva platforms.

• Experience using Qlik for data visualization.

• Background in pharmaceutical or healthcare environments.

Compensation:

$30/hr to $40/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
