Job Specifications

We’re looking for a DevSecOps Lead/Engineering Manager to help drive secure cloud delivery within a modern, Azure-first environment.

This is a hands-on role where you will influence the setup of source control and delivery pipelines.

Duration: 6 Months

Location: Surrey HQ (Remote)

Rate: £700-750 Inside IR35

This role will focus on embedding security into engineering workflows, improving automation, and enabling teams to deliver securely at pace through scalable DevSecOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the integration of security across Azure platforms and CI/CD pipelines
Design and implement secure Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
Embed DevSecOps best practices across engineering and delivery teams
Improve automation, security tooling, and pipeline governance
Collaborate with Platform, Cloud, and Security teams to drive secure-by-design delivery

Key Experience

Background in DevSecOps, Cloud Security, or Platform Engineering
Hands-on Terraform / Infrastructure as Code expertise
Experience securing CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions or similar)
Background in DevSecOps, Cloud Security, or Platform Engineering
