Client Success Executive

Fully Remote | £42,000 – £50,000 | UK-Based | SaaS

Looking for a remote role that is fast-paced, people-focused and genuinely progressive?

We’re partnering with a rapidly scaling US-headquartered SaaS business that is expanding its UK team following significant international growth.

They build cloud-based software that helps businesses simplify complex processes and operate more efficiently. With clients across multiple sectors and continued expansion in North America and Europe, they are now investing heavily in their client success function.

The Opportunity

As a Client Success Executive, you will work closely with customers after onboarding, ensuring they are supported, engaged and getting real value from the platform.

This is not cold sales.

It is not a call centre role.

It is relationship-driven, solution-focused and commercially aware.

You will:

Act as a key point of contact for a portfolio of clients
Support onboarding and ongoing engagement
Answer questions and resolve queries efficiently
Identify opportunities to improve the client experience
Work cross-functionally with product and operations teams
Help retain and grow long-term client relationships

It is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and being trusted by customers.
