Role: Creative Project Manager

Duration: 9-month - Contract-to-Hire

Location: Seattle, WA – Hybrid

Target Start Date: 3/16

Compensation: Targeting $50/hour

A local retail company in Seattle, WA is looking to hire a Creative PM. They are seeking a candidate with an advertising agency background, to lead a high volume of tactical creative projects through the creative lab with a strong focus on consistency, timeliness, efficiency, and continuous improvement. In close partnership with Project Managers, Account Managers, Creative Operations, business owners, and external vendors, this role drives medium to large-scale projects from kickoff to completion—ensuring all milestones are met on time and on budget—while gathering complete project requirements, optimizing Workfront workflows, managing risks and mitigation plans, maintaining project documentation and metrics, and overseeing vendor bidding and delivery. Success in this role requires exceptional communication, collaboration, organization, flexibility, and a commitment to building a culture of trust, exceptional service, and executional excellence.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related preferred or equivalent combination of experience
4+ years of creative project management experience
Project management experience at a creative agency or with an in-house creative team preferred
Strong knowledge of best practices for creative development workflow, marketing campaigns, and production
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to get things done
Sound judgment and effective prioritization skills
Excellent interpersonal skills that inspire and build trust, resulting in strong working relationships
Working knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Workfront
