Overview:
Veronica Beard is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Creative Services Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of the creative team. This role will assist across graphic design, production, project coordination, and administrative support, ensuring projects run smoothly from concept through execution. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Creative & Brand Operations, this position is ideal for someone early in their creative career who is eager to learn, contribute across multiple disciplines, and grow within a fast-paced, highly visual brand environment.
Responsibilities:
•Support the Creative team with graphic design, including resizing assets, preparing layouts, and assisting with production across digital and print channels
•Assist the Senior Manager, Creative & Brand Operations with receiving and auditing creative requests, coordinating leadership review dates, and delivering final assets to cross-functional teams via project management platform
•Collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, Digital, Sales, and Retail teams to identify creative needs, outline deliverables, develop and track timelines, and gather review materials to ensure projects remain organized and on schedule
•Prepare and distribute agendas, support with in-meeting note-taking, and facilitate post-meeting follow-ups to maintain creative and brand project clarity and alignment
•Develop cross-functional project decks from layout design to detail and data inputs for meeting discussions and leadership presentations
•Maintain organized file structures, asset library uploads, and version control across creative projects
•Provide general administrative and organizational support to the Creative department as needed
Requirements:
•1–2 years of relevant internship or professional experience in design, creative operations, or a related field
•Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
•Experience using project management platforms such as Monday.com or Asana
•Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
•Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
•Clear communication skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset
•Interest in fashion, visual storytelling, and brand-building
•Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the creative team
•Founder-Led brand experience is a plus
The hourly rate for this role is between $24.00 and $25.00. The relevant hourly rate will vary depending on wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training, degrees, and certifications. The hourly rate is just one component of our total compensation offerings, which consist of a comprehensive benefits package as well as a short-term incentive program, clothing allowance, and merchandise discounts.
