Role:: ServiceNow Solution Architect

Position: Fulltime Role

Location: San Francisco Bay Area

Key Responsibilities

Architect ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM modules aligned with business goals and platform best practices.

Design and implement AI integrations using ServiceNow’s Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, and Generative AI Controller.

Partner with clients to define a ServiceNow + AI roadmap — identifying high-impact use cases for automation, generative AI, and predictive analytics.

Lead technical design sessions, review solution architecture, and ensure adherence to platform governance and security policies.

Develop and oversee integrations with external AI/ML platforms (e.g., Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data, Cloud, Security, and Business Process) to deliver end-to-end intelligent workflow solutions

Required Qualifications

8+ years of total IT experience, with 5+ years focused on ServiceNow architecture and solution design.

Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, configuration, and customization.

Proven experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and scripted APIs.

Strong knowledge of ServiceNow AI features such as Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, and Virtual Agent.

Experience integrating external AI/ML systems via REST APIs or ServiceNow spokes.
