We are currently looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team in Birmingham. This exciting opportunity is perfect for someone who is passionate about sales, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and wants to make a real impact in the industrial automation sector.

Hours of Work: full time

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and supporting growth initiatives within the Birmingham branch. You will adopt a consultative approach to sales, presenting solutions that meet customer needs and help solve their automation challenges. Building strong trust and delivering excellent service are at the core of this role, working closely with colleagues, manufacturers, and clients to achieve shared success.

The ideal Business Development Executive will have the following requirements:

Experience in B2B sales, preferably within the industrial distribution market
Strong ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
A proactive attitude with a passion for learning about industrial control and automation products
