Interim Head of Product - 6-9 Months - UK Remote

I am partnering with a mission driven start-up who are entering a pivotal phase of product delivery and looking for an Interim Head of Product to lead from the front.

This is an opportunity to take an AI-assisted coach from MVP through to launch, while driving excellence across multiple concurrent product and engineering workstreams.

If you enjoy working in early-stage environments, can build at speed and are genuinely curious about AI, this could be a fantastic opportunity to really change a problem in our society.

You will:

Own and execute a multi-stream product roadmap
Lead a small but ambitious product team
Partner closely with engineering to ensure sprint-to-sprint delivery excellence
Take an AI-powered coaching product from MVP to launch
Balance customer-led initiatives with technical and non-functional priorities
Bring clarity, visibility and confidence to senior leadership

You have:

Proven experience operating at Head of Product / Product Lead level within B2B SaaS or fintech environments
Experience leading multiple concurrent product and engineering workstreams
Track record of partnering closely with engineering leadership to drive predictable, high-quality delivery
Comfortable in early-stage environments where process isn’t always defined
Strong internal and external communication skills — able to overcommunicate in a remote setting
Deep customer obsession and data-driven mindset
Experience managing and developing Product Managers

Please Note: This position is an ASAP start and will run for 6-9 months with a possibility of becoming a permanent role.

Location: Fully remote within the UK

Salary: Up to £130,000
