We are Hiring: Commercial Analyst

Location: London (Hybrid: 2 days in-office)

Contract: 4 months | £300–£350/day inside IR35, umbrella

Hours: 35 hours/week, Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm

About the Role:

Our client is on a digital-first journey across Europe and beyond.

As part of the Central Digital Team, you’ll play a key role in growing commercial revenue, optimising content performance, and supporting the launch and expansion of digital products including FAST channels and subscription-driven affiliate Players.

You will use data-driven insights to inform strategy, track performance, and contribute directly to the commercial growth of the clients Key Markets.

This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of digital transformation in the media industry.

What You Will Do:

Analyse performance data across FAST/AVOD/SVOD products to identify revenue growth opportunities.
Optimise channel performance and subscription strategies
Monitor content trends and advise on monetisation strategies.
Develop automated dashboards and track key success metrics.
Support content yield management and create data-backed business cases for localisation and rights clearance.
Provide actionable insights to Commercial Leadership to shape digital product strategy.

Essential Skills & Experience:

Proficient with large datasets and reporting systems (e.g., Tableau).
Strong experience in data visualisation and deriving actionable insights.
Confident communicating insights to stakeholders.
Knowledge of digital monetisation models and commercial planning/content yield management.
Able to manage projects independently in a matrix organisation.

Strong collaboration and networking skills.
Proactive problem-solving and change implementation.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Self-motivated, with the ability to identify and resolve issues independently.
