Job Title: ServiceNow HRSD Advisor
Location: Montreal (Hybrid Preferred) | Remote Canada Considered
Duration: Contract through December 2026
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Advisor to lead the design, configuration, and rollout of HRSD capabilities in a large-scale enterprise environment.
This is a hands-on role focused on delivering scalable, secure, and compliant HR solutions aligned to Canadian privacy and enterprise governance standards.
Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Delivery
• Translate HR business requirements into HRSD configurations
• Configure HR Case & Knowledge, COEs, HR Catalog & Services
• Implement Lifecycle Events (onboarding/moves/offboarding)
• Configure HR Playbooks, Document Management, and Notifications
• Design and enhance Employee Center / HR Portal (UI, taxonomy, search)
• Build Flows using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub
• Configure HR Data Model, SLAs, HR Profiles, record producers
Integrations & Data
• Integrate HRSD with HCM systems (Workday, SAP HCM, Oracle HCM)
• Integrate with IAM/SSO platforms (e.g., Azure AD)
• Support e-signature integrations (DocuSign, Adobe Sign)
• Define transform maps, data contracts, and security constraints
• Support data migration and reconciliation
Governance & Security
• Design HR role-based security and ACLs
• Ensure data segregation for sensitive HR data (employee relations, medical)
• Align solutions with PIPEDA and enterprise security standards
• Establish change control and release practices
Testing & Enablement
• Create and execute unit, system, UAT, and regression test plans
• Produce documentation, admin guides, and training materials
• Provide hypercare support
• Define KPIs, SLAs, dashboards
Required Qualifications:
• 3–5+ years hands-on ServiceNow HRSD experience (end-to-end implementation)
• Strong expertise in HR Case & Knowledge, COE configuration, HR Catalog, Lifecycle Events, HR Playbooks
• Experience with Employee Center / HR Portal
• Strong Flow Designer and Workflow experience
• Proven ACL and HR security configuration
• HCM integration experience (Workday/SAP/Oracle)
• Strong business analysis and UAT leadership
• Experience in regulated environments (PIPEDA familiarity preferred)
• Bilingual English/French preferred
Hybrid in Montreal preferred (2–3 days onsite). Remote Canada considered.
