Job Description / Responsibilities:

Define and manage the CSM product roadmap by aligning capabilities with business goals.
Lead strategic planning and ensure prioritization of features and enhancements.
Maintain a clear, actionable backlog that supports agile delivery and efficient development workflows.
Drive cross-functional collaboration with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure scalable, business-aligned solutions delivered within project timelines.
Actively contribute to agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Coordinate UAT and demos for validation against business needs.
Support change management by:
Developing training materials
Creating user guides
Preparing communication plans
Facilitate adoption of new tools and processes and ensure smooth transitions across teams.

Required Qualifications:

Experience:

5+ years as a Product Owner, with significant focus on ServiceNow, particularly CSM and CMDB.

Platform Expertise:

In-depth knowledge of CSM, CMDB, Service Portal, workflow automation, Performance Analytics, and integrations.

Agile / Scrum Mastery:

Strong understanding of Agile principles
Sprint planning
Backlog management
User story creation
SAFe methodologies

Product Vision:

Ability to build product roadmaps
Define strategy
Drive digital product advancement

Technical Acumen:

Familiarity with integrations (APIs)
Scripting (JavaScript)
Reporting tools]

Certification:

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Customer Service Management (CIS-CSM)
