Job Summary

Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager to join a top aerospace company in Longueuil, QC. The Project Manager will support a portfolio of small to medium-sized initiatives across the contact centre and customer service environment. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, and contact centre leadership to assess market solutions, build business cases, and support the rollout of technology and process improvements. This role is 5x week onsite in Longueuil, QC.

Key Responsibilities

- Support and manage a portfolio of small to medium initiatives related to contact centre and customer service operations

- Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand current-state processes

- Conduct market scans to evaluate existing solutions and identify opportunities

- Partner with digital teams to determine appropriate solutions and architectures

- Build business cases and recommend paths forward

- Develop and execute rollout plans, including change management considerations

- Support contact centre transformation initiatives, including:

- Contribute to initiatives involving customer master data, working across multiple systems and teams where no central repository currently exists

- Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders and leadership
