Bac+2 in information technology (IT development or computer network)
Experience in automotive industry preferable
Excellent Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
Effective Communication.
Perfect Command of spoken and written English.
A knowledge of digitalization concepts is desirable

#challengecheck

Direct Shopfloor support:

-Ensure the first level of support in the plant (the first point of contact for problems in

production, gather information, determine the issue, basic support, and troubleshooting,

solve the problem if possible or escalate to the next level).

-Smart ticket handling & escalation to level 2 support.

-In close contact with the Control Center Agents & local IT support.

Prepare and conduct functional / integration tests on the plant level.
Responsible for installing/uninstalling and maintaining the endpoints (terminals,) in all the workplaces & machines.
Support integration of machines on multiple levels (SAP PCo, SAP ME, Databases)
ME User Management
Smart Training for all the Segment Teams and monitoring the discipline on all levels, including operators
Standardization and implementation of processes on a group level.
Support in process definitions to bring business requests to digitalization.
Support the local Digitalization responsible in general requests/tasks.
