Job Title: ServiceNow Lead

Location: 5 days onsite (Raleigh, NC, Charlotte, NC, Memphis, TN & Birmingham, AL)

Expereince:14+ Years

Job Description:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

14+ years of overall IT experience, with 10+ years in ServiceNow design and architecture.

Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping.

Proven experience with data center infrastructure (servers, storage, networking, virtualization).

Deep understanding of ITIL processes, especially Incident, Problem, Change, and Configuration Management.

Hands-on experience with integration technologies (REST, SOAP, MID Server, APIs, Web Services).

Familiarity with CMDB normalization, reconciliation, and dependency mapping.

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITOM or ITSM.

Preferred: ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (CMA).

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
