IT PMO / Transformation PMO – Contract

(Hybrid – up to 2 days remote)

Start: 1 April 2026

Contract: 3 months rolling

We are supporting a leading international organisation on a large IT transformation programme and are looking for an experienced IT PMO / Transformation PMO consultant to support governance, reporting and executive communication across the programme.

This role sits close to senior leadership including the CIO and IT Governance leadership, ensuring programme reporting, stakeholder alignment and delivery tracking across multiple initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Support governance across a major IT transformation programme
Produce high-quality executive presentations and reporting for senior management
Coordinate programme milestones, deliverables and documentation
Manage stakeholder communication across IT and business teams
Provide structured reporting on project progress, risks and issues
Explain root causes of issues clearly to senior leadership
Ensure accurate and timely delivery of reports and programme updates

Required Experience

Minimum 5+ years experience in IT PMO / Transformation PMO roles
Experience supporting large transformation programmes
Strong experience preparing executive-level presentations
Familiarity with IT regulatory environments (e.g. DORA) is advantageous
Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex environments
Strong analytical and organisational skills
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Fluent English
