ServiceNow Technical Architect / Business Analyst
We are seeking a senior-level ServiceNow Technical Architect / Business Analyst for a staff
augmentation role on our Digital Asset Inventory (DAI) Transformation Project. The primary
objective of this critical, high-visibility initiative is to migrate the clients digital assets—including
mobile applications, websites, domains, and social media accounts—from disparate systems
into a centralized, auditable, and reliable system of record within the ServiceNow platform.
This role is instrumental in ensuring the solution meets business requirements and is technically
sound. The selected candidate will work under the direction of client’s project management
team.
Responsibilities
Solution Design:
Leading and participating in workshops to gather functional/technical
requirements and define use cases.
Drafting comprehensive solution design documents, user stories, and process
flows.
Designing the CMDB class structure and data models required to support the
digital asset inventory.
ServiceNow Configuration:
Performing hands-on configuration of the ServiceNow platform to implement the
designed solution.
Assisting in the development of automated intake, approval, and lifecycle
workflows for digital assets.
Testing and Validation:
Developing test scripts for System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance
Testing (UAT).
Coordinating UAT with business stakeholders and providing support during the
testing phases.
Assisting with issue analysis and defect resolution.
Documentation and Reporting:
Creating and maintaining detailed solution documentation for all configurations
and processes.
Providing status updates and inputs for project reporting as directed by client’s
project management.
Qualifications
Minimum of 6 years of experience
Bachelors Degree from an accredited school
Extensive experience as both a Business Analyst and Technical Architect on the
ServiceNow platform.
Deep expertise in the ServiceNow CMDB, including class structure design, data
modeling, and reconciliation.
Proven experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM) principles and processes.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex business needs into tangible technical
requirements and solution designs.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead workshops and engage
with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working in a staff augmentation capacity, taking direction from client
leadership.
Experience with projects involving digital asset management (e.g., websites,
mobile apps, domains) is a plus
Familiarity with agile and sprint-based development methodologies
Certified ServiceNow professional (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified
Implementation Specialist)
