Job Description

As an Agentic AI Developer, you will bridge the gap between AI research and practical business applications. You will create, test, and deploy intelligent agents that understand goals, break them into actionable steps, and adapt their behavior in dynamic environments. This role requires a blend of deep LLM knowledge, advanced software engineering, systems architecture and hands-on coding experience.

Skills

Required: SQL/Bigquery/GCP, Python, Prompt Engineering, Hands on experience with SOTA LLMs, Langraph/LangChain, Knowledge management using RAGs/GraphRAGs, Vector Databases
Bonus: Redis, Context Engineering, multi-agent systems

Qualifications

Education: A B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, AI, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: 3+ years in AI/ML engineering are preferred, with 1+ years specifically focused on agentic AI or GenAI applications.

Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with the team to rapidly gather requirements from leadership and stakeholders, translate those requirements into concrete proposals and implement them.
Work closely with stakeholders and data scientists to rapidly discover various workflows within the customer service functions and translate them into AI Workflows, either user ML/Agentic AI approaches or capturing the workflows based on discussions with the SMEs
The workflows have to validated by collaborating with various stakeholders and SMEs
The workflows have to be translated into a format that is fit for consumption by Agentic AI solutions.
The workflows have to implemented into Agentic AI solutions
Performance Measurement
Gather feedback from stakeholders and continuously improve the solution
