Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager, based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include developing strategic sales plans, fostering partnerships with health insurers and employers, attending industry events, and collaborating with internal teams to align market strategies and client needs. The role requires a strong understanding of the healthcare sector and a passion for empowering those impacted by cancer.

Qualifications

Experience in Business Development, Account Management, and identifying new market opportunities
Strong skills in building and managing relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Expertise in developing and executing strategic sales or partnership plans
Knowledge of the healthcare industry, cancer support, employee benefits, or health insurance sectors
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related field is preferred
