Your mission

You are the explorer of hidden talent universes — from niche IT communities to the far corners of LinkedIn.

You will:

Hunt for top‑tier passive candidates using creative, multi‑channel sourcing.

Build and nurture warm talent pipelines long before we have an open seat.

Craft outreach messages that people actually want to reply to.

Partner closely with hiring managers to crack the code of each role.

Keep communication flowing smoothly between candidates and the team.

Ensure every person who interacts with us leaves with a positive impression.

Bring new ideas: AI tools, new sourcing channels, experimental strategies — you’re free to innovate.

Think of yourself as the storyteller, matchmaker, and strategic advisor who shapes the teams that shape our future.

Your Capabilities

Bachelor's degree

A proven track record as an IT Sourcer or Technical Recruiter

A deep understanding of IT profiles — developers, DevOps, data roles, system engineers, cybersecurity… you speak their language.

Mastery in LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing tools, and ATS systems.

The ability to build long‑term relationships (not transactional interactions.

A curious mind that enjoys scanning markets, spotting trends, and identifying talent signals.

Confidence and independence — you know how to prioritize, organize, and deliver.

Strong communication skills in Dutch & English.
