Assist with onboarding users to new technology platforms and provide guidance on effective use
Maintain awareness of developments in AI, automation, and productivity tools relevant to knowledge-based organisations

7+ years of experience in a technology support, systems administration, or engineering role
Experience within financial services, private equity, professional services, or similarly demanding corporate environments is highly desirable
Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 administration and the wider Microsoft ecosystem
Familiarity with AI tools and platforms, such as ChatGPT or Claude, and a strong interest in emerging technologies
Solid understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or similar), networking fundamentals, and modern endpoint management
Experience providing executive-level technology support in a white-glove environment
Relevant certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, ITIL, etc.) are advantageous but not essential

Opportunity

This position provides the opportunity to work within a collaborative global technology environment, supporting senior stakeholders and contributing to the ongoing evolution of a modern technology platform.
