Job Specifications
This is an exciting early commercial role working directly with the founder. The focus is helping turn market interest into pipeline, relationships, and revenue, while building the foundations of how Infrawatch goes to market.
You will work across outbound, partnerships, events, and early customer engagement. It is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable creating momentum from scratch, working without a finished playbook, and helping shape how we show up in the market.
What You’ll Do
Build qualified pipeline through thoughtful outbound and relationship-led prospecting
Identify and engage high-value buyers, partners, and strategic industry contacts
Support early commercial conversations, from initial outreach through qualification and follow-up
Help develop Infrawatch’s market presence through events, introductions, and targeted ecosystem engagement
Support partnership development with relevant vendors, communities, and industry organisations
Work closely with the founder on messaging, outreach priorities, and commercial execution
Capture market feedback from prospects and conversations to help refine positioning, product direction, and sales materials
Help build lightweight processes, materials, and working practices that support a repeatable commercial motion over time
What We’re Looking For
2–5 years of experience in a commercial role such as sales, business development, partnerships, or market development
Strong communication skills and the ability to build credibility quickly with thoughtful, demanding buyers
High ownership and follow-through, with the ability to move work forward without close direction
Good commercial judgement and comfort operating in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment
A genuine interest in technology, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or intelligence-led products
A practical, hands-on approach and willingness to do the work required to create opportunities
The ability to turn activity and market signals into structured execution

Experience creating pipeline through outbound rather than relying on inbound demand
