My client is looking for a TikTok Shop Community Manager to join them on a freelance basis, supporting and growing the affiliate creator communities across several brands.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the TikTok Shop ecosystem, enjoys working closely with creators, and knows how to build engaged, motivated communities that drive sales.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for managing and engaging with communities of TikTok Shop affiliates (300–400 creators) across multiple brands. Your focus will be on building relationships, sharing tips and insights, and keeping creators motivated to produce high-performing content.

As they continue to onboard new brands (currently 7 brands in total), the scope and hours for this role will grow.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and engage with TikTok Shop affiliate communities
Support 300–400 creators across multiple brand communities
Encourage participation and keep creators motivated and active
Share tips, trends, and best practices to help affiliates improve performance
Use AI tools and insights to support content ideas and creator guidance
Proactively start conversations and build relationships within the community
Help creators understand how to drive conversions and maximise TikTok Shop opportunities
Monitor activity and identify top performers and growth opportunities

What We’re Looking For

Experience using TikTok Shop, ideally with affiliates or creators
Strong community management and engagement skills
Someone proactive who’s comfortable starting conversations and energising a group
Good understanding of TikTok trends and creator culture
Organised, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple brand communities
Interest in AI tools for content ideas and creator support is a bonus

Role Details

Freelance / Contract
Starting at 1 day per week
Hourly rate - £30.50
IR35 - Outside
Opportunity for additional hours as new brands join
