Position Name – SFDC Business Analyst

Type of hiring – Fulltime/Subcon

Location – Toronto, ON

Mode of Work – Hybrid (3-4 days a week)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in Salesforce Administration, Configuration, and Application Migration. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. This role ensures that the Salesforce platform is optimized to meet stakeholder needs and drive business success. Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and Banking Domain is an added advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications for Salesforce solutions.
Administer and configure Salesforce applications, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate training sessions for end-users.
Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
Work closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and enhancements.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce features and best practices.
Support change management initiatives and assist in the development of training materials.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Salesforce clouds, integrations, and application migration.
Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including configuration, customization, administration, and application/data migration.
Strong analytical skills.
Ability to analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
Knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques.
Experience in training and mentoring junior team members.
